Itinerary

  • Arrival at São Luís airport and private transfer by sedan to the hotel.
  • 2:00 PM: Private city tour through the historic centre of São Luís, walking through the main points of the city with stops to appreciate the local architecture and history.
  • 6:00 PM: Return to the hotel.
  • Overnight in São Luís.

  • Free morning to experience São Luís at your own pace.
  • 2:00 PM: Private transfer from São Luís to Barreirinhas, gateway to the Lençóis Maranhenses.
  • 6:00 PM: Arrival and check-in in Barreirinhas.
  • Overnight in Barreirinhas.

  • 9:00 AM: Departure from the guesthouse in a 4x4 to Circuito Azul and Circuito Bonita, inside the Lençóis Maranhenses National Park.
  • Light hikes between dunes and 4x4 rides to authorised visiting points.
  • Swimming in the typical lagoons of the circuits, Lagoa Azul, Lagoa Bonita and other seasonal lagoons depending on the time of year.
  • At sunset, picnic among the dunes with a board of cold cuts, fruits and regional juices.

  • 4:00 PM: Return to Barreirinhas.
  • Overnight in Barreirinhas.

  • 9:00 AM: Private transfer from Barreirinhas to Tutóia by sedan.
  • 11:00 AM: Private boat crossing of the Parnaíba Delta, navigating through the arms of the delta passing by islands, igarapés and bays of the region.
  • Observation of wildlife and flora, stops for swimming, dune climbing and discovery of traditional local activities such as fishing and crustacean handling.
  • At sunset, watching the scarlet ibis fly before disembarking at Porto dos Tatus, in Piauí.

  • Private transfer by 4x4 from Jericoacoara to Fortaleza airport, approximately 7 hours depending on the season and traffic conditions.

A journey that touches the soul

Every place along the Route of Emotions felt like it was made to move you. The dunes, the sea, the small villages... everything had soul. It was a trip full of connections, flavors, and landscapes I’ll carry with me forever.
