The hike to Pedra Bonita is short and easy, but the view at the top feels endless. Walking through the forest and hearing its sounds was already special. Reaching the summit and seeing Rio de Janeiro stretched between the sea and mountains is a memory I’ll keep forever. The guide made everything lighter and more fun.

Tandem paraglide over stunning landscapes
The tandem paragliding flight in Rio is an indescribable experience. After quick and safe instructions, we took off from the top of Pedra Bonita, soaring over Tijuca Forest and gently landing on São Conrado beach. About 10 minutes of flying with the wind in your face, taking in views of Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf, and the sea. The instructor was attentive and made all the difference in feeling confident and light.

The most beautiful climb of my life
The climb at Praia Vermelha was an amazing experience for beginners. After an easy walk along the Pista Cláudio Coutinho, we reached the base of Morro da Urca. The climb is moderate, with sections between 20 and 30 meters, and fully guided for safety. I felt excitement with every move, but always confident thanks to the experienced instructor. The view of Sugarloaf and Guanabara Bay was spectacular, a perfect reward.

SUP at sunrise in Copacabana
Gliding on a stand‑up paddleboard as the sun rises over Copacabana is magical. The sea in the early morning is calm and the golden light reflecting off the water creates stunning scenes. The activity is gentle but brings peace and inspiration. The instructor was attentive, caring, and gave great tips on posture and safety.
